Welcome to Brandoptix Launch. By using our website builder, hosting services, business email setup, and store setup assistance (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please review them carefully.
1. Account and Setup Terms
To access the Services, you must provide your legal name, a valid email address, and any other requested information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
We build and set up your online store based on the details, requirements, and brand assets (logos, images, text descriptions) you submit. You warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses to use all materials submitted to us.
2. Services and Ownership
Upon full payment of any applicable setup charges and active subscription dues, you are granted a license to operate the ecommerce storefront delivered to you. All specific templates, design systems, and code frameworks developed by Brandoptix remain the intellectual property of Brandoptix Launch, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Services to sell illegal items, distribute malware, engage in fraudulent transactions, or violate any local, national, or international laws. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of your storefront and active hosting subscription without refund.
4. Modifications to the Services and Prices
Prices for using our Services are subject to change. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any changes to active billing structures are applied. Brandoptix Launch reserves the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service with notice.
5. Limitation of Liability
Brandoptix Launch shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business goodwill.
